She is a tall and rather cool actress. According to Ephraim Katz's "The Film Encyclopedia", she was
the youngest daughter of E. F. Hutton who was the founder of the Wall Street firm, and Marjorie Merriweather Post
of the Post cereal fortune (though, as I'm a Japanese, I'm not quite sure what that is). Probably because of this
origin, she gives me an impression of coolness and of being not so easily approachable. This aspect in her personality
can be easily seen in the movie "The Courtship of Eddie's Father"(1963) where she can't get along with
Glenn Ford's son, Eddie (who, incidentally, is played by kid's days of Ron Howard) while other co-stars Stella
Stevens and Shirley Jones can quite easily. She founded the film production company, Pavilion, in 1988.
