Needless to say she once was the wife of Steve McQueen who she costared with in "The Getaway"(1972).
In my view, she is definitely an actress of the 1970s, and she wouldn't have been a movie star at all had she been
born 10 years earlier than actually she was though I can't explain why I think so. Considering this, it's quite
sad that during the period of her marriage with McQueen (1973-78) that stretches more than half of the 1970s, she
didn't appear in any movie. It seems that her husband didn't want her to be in any movie at that time.
