NOTE

I've long been thinking it's rather strange there isn't a single Oriental actress in my actress home page despite the fact I'm a Japanese. The reason is simply because I don't want to pick up actresses whom Western audiences will get no chance to see in any movies. After all, I'm writing this page in English as well as in Japanese. But, now I'm very glad to be able to pick up a very beautiful Oriental actress by the name of Nancy Kwan, even though the three movies shown above are the all her movies that I've ever watched. Besides, I've got several requests that she should be included in my actress page. Anyway, she became famous when she appeared in the movie "The World of Suzie Wong" (1960). She is quite marvelous and has irresistible fascination in this beautifully shot movie. Even William Holden seems to be completely enamored with her in this movie.
