She was a lovely little girl and appeared in several movies depicting adolescence, though I have never seen
her in a movie theater (I was born in 1960). The most famous one would be "A Summer Place". Apparently,
she seemed to be well suited for such kind of roles. Probably because of this, after her adolescence period had
gone, she came to be seldom seen on silver screen. She got married to the singer and actor Bobby Darin when she
was 18 or so like in the movie "A Summer Place".
