NOTE

She was the actress of 1950s and 1960s, and had a husky voice and flecks all over her face. As she had been a singer before she became an actress, she was sometimes singing songs in her movies. "Que Sera Sera" in "The Man Who Knew Too Much"(1956) and "Pillow Talk" in the same name movie (1959) are the most famous ones. The reason why she succeeded in gaining such popularity in 1950s especially in the USA despite the fact she wasn't such kind of actress who could be referred either as having mesmerizing beauty in her exterior or as having tremendous acting skills is probably because she had a character well symbolizing the good and old days of America.
