Pmacs Ver0.70b for Windows 95/NT (Size=635KB) 

Pmacs is the full color supported paint tool that all the tools are made up by plug-in tools individually. 
It is now working on WIndows 95 and Windows NT for 32 bit applications. 

The following is Pmacs optional tools.
