Oriental Green finch
Oriental Green finch

In the mouth of the MANO-RIVER, Shiga, May 9, 1997.
Looking like a sparrow at a glance, the bird is an Oriental Green finch if its yellowish green feathers are conspicuous. In the MANO-RIVER, they can be seen in the pine trees near the mouth of the river. Although they can be always seen, I cannot take good pictures.
