On a windy afternoon ---

[風の強い昼下がり --- ]

Outside the words ring true, inside they are like dry leaves, the wind blows me to you each moment

A great sea
existence
we approach
inhale its vision
drink
become immortal
for a moment

偉大なる海
存在
我々は近づき
その心象を胸一杯に吸い込む
飲み
不死身となる
束の間のことではあるが]

when I love you
I am of that sea
becoming
the universe
peace
we love
whole

[君を愛するとき
私はその海の一部であり
その海はやがて宇宙となり
平和となる
我々は共に愛す
全存在を]

kiss the sea
the universe
we are together
my love cracks
poetic lustful syntax
into smithereens
while I wait and feel
your presence
coming
you are divine,
dear one

[海に接吻する
宇宙に接吻する
我々は一体となる
私の愛に亀裂が入り
詩的な欲情表現は
粉々に弾け散る
だが私は待ち､ 感じる
やって来る君自身を
君は神聖なる存在だ
親愛なる者よ]

you are my freedom
and my devotion
and my respect
and my love
people will think I am crasy
immature, politically incorrect, naive, stupid, childish

人は私が狂っていると思うだろう
未熟で

愚かで

when the lake is empty
life will go on.

and, if we're lucky,
hold each other
forever.

I get negative
years of habits
that fill my ears

湖から水がなくなっても
生命は終わることはない
君は疑惑に苦しめられるだろう
