[宇宙に放たれた愛 ---]

I lay with my head across your chest
you were asleep
or
almost asleep
I saw the moon over the ocean
the sunlight reflected in the night
your heartbeat
the light on the water
everything was complete
in you I hear the universe

[君の胸元に頭を置き､ 横たわっていた
君は眠り､ ほとんど夢の世界に入るところ
大海原の上に月を見た
太陽の光は夜の帳に反射していた
君の心臓の鼓動
水面の光
全てが完璧だった
君の中に宇宙の鼓動を聴く]

you are like a wind
you blow against me to make me perfect
I am like a wind
I love you

[君は風のように
私の完璧さを求め
激しく打ちつける
私は風のように
君を愛す]

dear heart, I love you
hold you
I am not the wind, or the sea, or the stars
I am your lover

[いとしの君よ､ 私は君を愛す
抱擁する
私は風でも､ 海でも､ 星でもない
私は君の恋人だ]

the sea, the ocean is around me
in me
almost infinite
we will not survive
it will hold us up
we will drop
time will pass
and we will become the wind
waves beat

rocks are worn

the universe

the light of death cannot

I cannot grasp or hold it

愛のようにつかむことも､ 抱きかかえることもできない
それは私のところにやって来

I hear only your heartbeat and breath
your ears must ring

[私はただ君の鼓動と息遣いを聴く
君の耳には私の愛がこだましていることだろう

I touched life

and seek
to devour
the short time we have
like a good meal ---
what is before it is not
