Russula lepida
Big red cap is so conspicuous in the dark broad leaf forest. Their stipe is also slightly red. Tasting them in the mouth, they are as milky as Russula cyanoxantha. Their red cap reminds us of Russula emetica, which however, has not red stipe and much smaller than Russula lepida.
