Tylopilus eximius

Despite of their Japanese name as "black bitter boletus", they are acceptable in the kitchen and rather delicious. Some people sometimes suffer digestive upset, though.

P.S. I was told by my senior that they must be well boiled or baked in the kitchen. "Rare" or even "Medium rare" caused trouble of the stomach. Meantime, they are found in the hottest month August.
