Once we find them in the dark forest, we are startled by their showy and garish appearance. How regretable for them that we Japanese generally hate gaudy shape and make much of reserved things ! Everyone kick them away or sometimes kids do p on them while they are one of the most valuable mushrooms in Europe. IMNSHO, they are not so bad in taste.
