They seem to fall under the category of Ascomycotina. I am not a biologist and not interested in taxonomy. So, please do not ask me after that ! Anyhow, it seems that they are not so common.
We call them "Mimibusatake" which means rabbit ear mushroom. Their shape is just like it. I am not sure if it is edible.
