Leucocoprinus subglobisporus ?
They are found on the ground in summer. I put ? mark on the headline because I am not confident of this identification for only one reason. That is this specimen had no ring on the stipe. As their ring easily falls down, this would be the example.
Anyway,what a long Latin name they have ! Each word seems to have meanings respectively. Let me suppose them. Perhaps, the captioned name means "looks like inky mushroom family (coprinus) and spore shape is round" or something like that. Such is silly scientist to christen stupid name to pretty mushroom like the below photo. I hate it.
