Coprinus leiocephalus ?

I love inconspicuous mushroom like Coprinus leiocephalus. They belong to coprinus family, i.e., inky mushrooms. They are not easily going to go inky, not like the other inky brothers. Small, unobtrusive and not harming others, they are living full life. What a difference from the other noisy guys. I respect such a value.

P.S. I put the question mark on the heading on 14th July, 1999 because I noticed that Coprinus leiocephalus was not so easily distinguished from Coprinus plicatilis. Still there are so many confusions in these 2 species. However, I opine that this kind of discussion does not make sense for us, amateur mushroom collectors.
