I tried to take them together with the rightside dandelion flower.

They are called "Hitoyo-take" in Japan which means one night mushroom. The point is that they become inky with only one night. Coprinus atramentarius is very common Inkies in spring field.
Some praise the taste of the young material despite of their form. But they are enemy if you are a booze artist. The substance, "coprin" will tell you something and make you dizzy after you drink. I do not come the raw prawn, mate !
