Tremella foliacea
We call them "Hanabira-nikawa-take" which means petal glue mushroom. This specimen is dried. Enough moisture makes them sticky and fresh like flower petal. They are edible.
P.S. They start growing autumn. I found them 15th October first in mushroom season. They are more typical specimen which I would like to show you. (16th Oct., 1999)
