Cantharellus cibarius

They are one of my favorite mushrooms because of their plum like aroma. Problem is that they are so small and difficult for us to gather enough quantity to bring kitchen. Their color is also attractive yellow.

1. P.S. On 12^th August, I had a little harvest in my field. Meantime, it is interesting to compare them with the species of Mt. Fuji. (31^st Aug., 1999)
