Mollusca Stamp of Madagascar

Madagascar of a former French possession achieved independence in 1966. 1970's began, and the domestic administration was confused, and the government which aimed at socialism was born in 1975, and the name of a country was changed by the Democratic Republic of Madagascar. It switched a policy to free economy from deadlock of economy after 1980's began and changed the name of a country in the Republic of Madagascar in 1992.
Seven kinds of Mollusca stamps were issued by this African big island Madagascar which floated southeast in 1993.
