This government was knocked down by the relief race unified front that took Vietnamese support in 1979, and the People's Republic of Kampuchea (Heng Samrin Administration) was born. In China of the exile future, Pol Pot groups concentrated anti-Vietnam 3 groups, and Sihanouk formed the Democratic Kampuchea coalition government in 1982. By talks by both groups, Heng Samrin Administration abandons a socialism policy in 1989, and election is carried out under the monitor of U.N. observer force in completion, 1993, and Vietnamese armed forces withdrawal returns to monarchy, too and Sihanouk takes office as the king again and reaches it at the present.
