Aran Tea cozy

- size: width 25cm (11"), height 19cm (7")
- yarn: Lion Brand Fishermen's Wool
how to make
- It's better to be knitted rather firm.
- I used long-tail cast-on, it makes nice garter stitch edge for this pattern.
- The chart shows the view from the right side. When you knit wrong side,
follow the chart from the left to right. You need to "knit" as purl and "purl" as knit.
- Row2(WS): I think row2 is the trickiest part for the reason above. Row2 goes like this;
- [p1k1] 4 times, p1 (moss stitch part)
- k2 p4 k2 (cable part)
- [p2k2] 3times, p2 (diamond cable)
- k2 p4 k2 (cable)
- [p1k1] 4 times, p1 (moss stitch)
- Row37(RS): Start decreasing 2sts at the each end of the cozy (decrease total 4sts in 1 row),
continue decreasing every other row until 32sts left. End with WS.
- Knit two panels and sew them together.
