Born in Japan
Graduated from the Kunitachi College of Music，Toho Gakuen School of Music．
Learned orchestra conducting under the late Hideo Saito，Kazuyoshi Akiyama，Seiji 0zawa
and under Herbert von Karajan at the Sa1zburg Music Academy（Mozarteum）．
Passed the audition of the Sa1zburg Music Academy（Mozarteum）for a professional conducter,
and made his debut of conducting an orchestra concert，which was a great success．
Back in Japan，conducted the opening pieces at；the Nikikai 0pera House一among
many of his pices most highly evaIuated were of the 0pera“Boris Godunov”
under the directionof Seiji 0zawa-,the Ita1ian 0pera hosted by NHK，Mozart Four Great
0peras，commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Nissei Theater，
the Tokyo 0pera Production International and the Stefano 0pera House in which he a1so
conducted choruses．
Elected as a permanent conductor of the Tokyo Music Ferain 0rchestra
and achieved fameas a conductor．
Perfomed in all sorts of music scenes一opera，ba11ets，concerts and recordings．
Among them are；Tokyo Symphony 0rchestra，Tokyo metropolitan Symphony 0rchestra，
Tokyo Philharmonic 0rchestra，Shinsei Nihon Symphony 0rchestra，
New Philharmony 0rchestra Chiba，Miho Nagato 0pera，Tokyo Ballet Theater
and Tokyo Chamber 0pera House．
and conducted the theme music at the House of Poets sponsord by Daiei Co…・LTD．
at Tsukuba Expo’85．Concurrent1y active as a music director of the Tokyo 0pera
＆Musical Theater and the Japan Concert Academy and as a permanent conductor of
the Tokyo Memorial 0rchestra．
