Street On Holiday (YOSHIMITSU TASHIRO)
Comment : Before the World War 2, Japanese hoisted a national flag "HINOMARU" every house on a holiday. So flags stood along the street on both side. We can see like the scene, near the capitol and government offices. When national guests from foreign countries, the country's flags are hoisted along the street.
