<The athletic meet>

September the 27th , it was our athletic meet.

But,it rained. So our athletic meet was put off until 29th.

Our team is "White". The other team is "Red".

"White" team lost a game every year.

So, we want to get the victory this year.

Let's go our team!

First, we ran "100m race".

My father tought me how to run fast.
"Yuki,you have to move your arms more wide."

So,I took off my shose and spured myself to run fast.

I came in last every year.

But,this year I got the THIRD !

I did it !!

My sister hate the sound of start that is the sound of gun and very big.

So she could not run fast,and she is not good at running.

For me, the climax of the day was the dance parformed by all the 3&4 grades.

We wore the bright clothes on our heads, put the flowers on our hands and had castanets.

We danced "CHabirasai". That is the dance of Okinawa. "Chabirasai" means "the dance of celebration".

There were many events including 100m and 80m race, relay, running race with a handicap, tug-of-war and a dance. Our school's sports field is so large. It was quite exciting.

At last, our "White" team won this game.
