In Cumbre DX No.266, Richard Lam, Singapore reported about RRI Makassar. 
I monitored on 4753kHz and found that the station ID was heard as "Radio
Republik Indonesia Nusantara Empat Makassar" but sometimes still heard 
as "Radio Republik Indonesia Nusantara Empat Ujung Pandang". Ujung
Pandang ID may be used only as canned ID. Before city name was changed to 
Ujung Pandang in 1972, RRI Makassar was official name in this station so
this change indicates the return to former name. (Juichi Yamada, JAPAN)
Many Indonesian newspaper and Voice of Indonesia reported that RRI and 
TVRI will be controlled by each pemerintah(local government) and be run
