3224.8 RRI Tanjung Pinang. Local pops by female vocals at 1120. At 1130
tipe pips, ID by male as "Radio Republik Indonesia Tanjung Pinang
dengan Warta Berita Daerah" then local news. ending music of local
news "Garuda Pancasila" was heard at 1138 then followed to dangdut

4000.1 RRI Kendari(presumed). Dangdut music at 2036. Islamic religious
talk at 2044. At 2058 talk by female and not relayed Jakarta news
at 2100. Padang starts around 2200, so I presumed this as Kendari.

4000.14 RRI Kendari. 1355-1400*, caught the end of an Indonesian pop music
program, with younger sounding, laughing announcers. Canned
promotion ID with piano background, sign-off right at 1400*.
Good signal, reception possible due only to the fact powerhouse
RRI Padang was off this frequency and was back to their nominal

4696.5 RKIP Surabaya(presumed). 1420 Javanese traditional music by

4927.0 RRI Jambi. Talk and dangdut music at 1418. ID by male at 1428
as "Inilah Radio Republik Indonesia Jambi" then dangdut music.
//3355.3kHz which signs on around 1250. Fair.

and western pops at 2007. ID by male at 2025 then talk program.
Good signal but became weak little by little with local sunrise.

15150.5 RRI Jakarta, Cimanggis. "Warta Berita" including "Forum Negara
Pancasila" at 2316. Heavy jamming on 15150kHz started at 2338

On October 5, the broadcasting equipment made by Simens, Austria was delivered
to RRI and TVRI at Bukittinggi and the ceremony was held.

On October 6, students in Bundung demonstrated around streets at Bundung and
occupied RRI Bundung about 11 oclock. At the station, with a permission
by Drs. Tjutju Tjuarna, Kepala Stasiun, 6 representatives of students
went on the air with a statement about 5 minutes. The statement said that
persisting power by the government should be criticized in this ecomomic
crisis and the genaral election should be democratic and impartial.
