I went to Jakarta, Bandung, Ujung Pandang, and Jayapura from August 6 to 14.
I could not listen to shortwave frequency due to check on AM & FM. But I had a
very nice time in Indonesia. Especially I am very happy to meet Akbar Indra
Gunawan and Herbert Sunu who are members of Indonesian DX Club. They introduced
me to some Indonesian AM stations. My DX news in this issue is found in
Indonesia. (Juichi Yamada, JAPAN)
All times in UTC.
DX LOGGINGS------------------------------------------------------------
3375.6 Unidentified. Still here, strong some days, but just too
distorted to work with. Steve Martin noted a while back that
this is not RRI Medan. I agree, Medan heard just find on 4766.
Best reception of this one prior to 1200.

DX NEWS----------------------------------------------------------------
The evening program of RRI Serui on 4606.4kHz reactivated after about a
month absent. (Juichi Yamada, JAPAN)
According to Akbar Indra Gunawan, a staff of Indonesian DX Club, the commercial
stations(Radio Swasta) have not relayed RRI Jakarta news on the hour except
at 2300, 0600, and 1300 since one or two month ago. When I visited Indonesia
from August 6 to 14, I confirmed this change at Jakarta and Ujung Pandang.
But at Jayapura, the commercial stations still relayed the news on the hour.
