I went to DX pedition at Kujukuri, Chiba on March 7-9. My following
loggings were heard here. Though I expected to pick up rare heard
station in Indonesia, the DX condition was not so good. But I picked
up 2 AM Indonesian stations. It is very difficult to hear them in
Japan, so I am very happy. Loggings below reported by me are usually
difficult to pick up in Japan. If I have a chance, I will try to
catch rare heard stations in the next pedition.

4000.2 RRI-Kendari. 1215-1226 33443. Program from Jakarta,then ID as
"Radio Republik Indonesia Kendari" at 1227 Good condition

4075.3v Unidentified. Local pops at 1444. SCI at 1458. Jakarta news relay
at 1500. Talk by male at 1515. Local pops and male talk at 1518.
SCI at 1559. Jakarta news relay at 1600. Signed off at 1613.
Poor. David Foster says this station as sprious of RRI Pontianak.
When I picked up the station on Nov 2, 1997, the sign off time was
1459. If the station I picked up in Nov was RRI Pontianak, The sign
off time should be 1610. But the transmitter trouble might be
happened on this day, or the station might finished irregularly.
We need to investigate on this frequency.

DX NEWS---------------------------------------------------------------------
RRI Sorong on 4874.6kHz broadcasts English program at 1130 every Sunday.
The station on 4874.6kHz signs off at 1400 and signs on at 2000. The
local early morning broadcast on 4874.6kHz was inactive for a long
time. Thanks information for (Juichi Yamada, JAPAN)
4074/6v, it's RRI-Pontianak, not RPDT2 Blitar. While I haven't checked it
recently, I'm sure it's the spurious radiation of RRI-Pontianak here,
as hrd for well over 12 mos. On Jan 5, I hrd it on 4076.5, which was
much easier to hear than the 100.5 kHz spur on the other side of 3976 at
3875.5. Goes through to 1605v*. (David Foster via Numero Uno No.1467)
When I checked at Kujukuri DX pedition at Chiba, I found that RRI Tanjung
Pinaning on 3224.8kHz, RRI Mataram on 3223kHz and RRI Bukittinggi on
3231.8kHz was apparently inactive. (Juichi Yamada, JAPAN)
