At a rotational sushi bar, many plates with which sushi on them turn around and around in front of the customers on a conveyor belt. A customer takes a desired plate. You do not immediately return the plate. Pile up the plates. After you finish eating, a shop assistant will count the number of the plates and calculate the price of the meal. The price changes depending on the design of the plates.
A traditional sushi restaurant is an ordinary restaurant at which the sushi is prepared exclusively for each customer. Traditional sushi restaurants are a little more expensive than rotational sushi bars. At a traditional sushi restaurant, the customer can sit at a counter seat in front of the preparer to order desired sushi freely rather than order a set.
