Evacuation route sign

The guidance light which indicates an emergency exit to public buildings, such as a hotel, is established. When you check in at a hotel, let's check an evacuation route in advance with this sign.

Train scram button

The emergent button for carrying out the scram of the train is established in almost all stations.

One miserable railroad accident happened at the station in the city of Tokyo in 2001. In order to help the person who fell on the railway, the courageous one South Korean youth man and the one Japanese middle age man went into the railway. However, they did not succeed in rescue. They were also involved in the accident and passed away three persons. Japanese people and South Korean people were shocked, and felt sad. People praised their courage.

It seems that their rescue failed. However, equipment of almost all the stations in Japan has improved extremely after this accident. Even if one fell on the railway, the step which can go up was provided and the scram button was provided. The effective improvement was made at very many stations.

I regard them as having saved many people's life as a result.
