On using VC++, designing GUI such as Windows dialogue can be created by following the simple wizard.
So, it's easy enough to write programs to indicate windows without C++ knowledge.
When its version was upgraded from 6.0 to NET, it made a great change. By addition of C# version(?), it became more complicated.
