It's not available to convert WAV or MP3 files to MIDI directly. Some software pick up melody from WAV file and convert them to MIDI, however, they cannot process the perfect conversion. Usually, they pick up slightly wrong melody and timing. For example, they are good at picking up solo instrument, but bad at orchestra music.
