I bought this hulusi at an instrument shop in China. It cost 300 Chinese Yuan including its case. I got an instruction manual which had its name "Hulusi XX(XX=Chinese characters)". It's called "Hulusi Bawu" in English. I heard 12 Girls Band Archives use this instrument. You can hear musics played by the shopper here.
