今ではスウェーデンの国民的歌手になっているという美人ヴォーカリスト、モニカ・ゼッタールンドが１９６０年３月ニューヨークで録音されてお蔵になっていたテープが、最近、ロストテープとして発表されたもの。これがなかなか素晴らしい。ズート・シムズなどの演奏も渋い。オランダのリタ・ライスとならんで当時の北欧ジャズが、いかにモダンで音楽の最先端を歩いていて盛んだったのかがわかる。
