This car was produced about 100 sets from 1960 by design of Pininfarina. This mashine is designed based of 250GT coupe. (the coin in a photograph is a japanese 100 yen).

This kits "250GT CALIFORNIA" of ITALERI is very simple kits. Parts is not many and You can assemble easily. And this kit have opening hood.
Then I assembled this kit straight, But Several places,I assembled as original.
Since there are few parts, if you assemble the portion of engine remains as it is, its appearance is not good(look like toy.....). Then, various parts are diverted from other kits, I assembled engine as original. In addition, a lead, thread solder, etc. are used. And there is a magazine on seat in the photograph, it is clipped which I had taken a photograph of magazine.
