「本体ツメ...」
CLUB-Mのマッハ号の内側のボンネットを開閉できる構造にしました。合間に本体を磨きに磨きました。おかげで耐水ペーパーを１セット使いきってしまいました。
内側のボンネットはwaveのC-PIPE0.9mmってのを使ってます。これを３分割にして、稼動部分のパネルと両側の３箇所に付けて、内側に0.5ミリの真鍮線を入れて完成です。って１行で書くとおしまいなんですけど、閉めた時の段差をなくすのと、開けた時に下のボックスにぶつからないようにするためにかなり調整が必要になりました。下のボックスは片側をかなり削りました（写真）。
本体の表面を耐水ペーパーで徹底的に磨いて、再度傷チェック....。微少な傷を見つけると溶きパテを塗って再び磨き。あと開口部の内側にも丹念にペーパーがけをしました。そろそろよさそうな感じ.....。次回は本体の塗装に移ります。ほんじゃまた。（2001.8.12）
The hood could open and close of "THE MACH". And body was polished in the interval. It finished using one set of water paper. An inside hood uses the "0.9mm" PIPE of "wave". This is comparatively done for 3 parts, and put on the panel of the part of the operation and 3 places of both sides, and the brass line of 0.5mm is put inside. Adjustment was very necessary to try not to hit the box of the bottom when it was opened. The box of the bottom shaved one side very much(photograph) . The surface of the body is polished thoroughly by using water paper, again, and check wound. When a slight wound is found, it is dissolved again using putty and polishing. A feeling ..... which is fine soon. It will change next time for the coating of the body.To be continued.......
