In the Lyceum, the University's administration building,
Faulkner's father,
Murry C. Falkner had worked as Assistant Secretary, when Faulkner
enrolled
at the University as a special student in in the fall of 1919.

Ventress Hall, originally built as the library,
later became the Law School building. In 1920,
Faulkner did odd jobs as a part-time carpenter and painter.

The home of Faulkner's brother John Faulkner
and his wife Lucille Ramey Dolly Faulkner.
It was known as "Memory House." John was a writer
who wrote such books as Men Working,
Dollar Cotton,
and My Brother Bill.
