The Places we've Gone

When we went to the Station to catch a train, my youngest sister, Mi (Izumi) was hit on the head with a handbag. The woman just hurried away with no excuse me or sorry. My sister was shocked. That's the way people are in Japan.

I love the stores, if things weren't so expensive. The grocery store is my favorite, since you have to put your own groceries in the bag. I love doing that!

Near the entrance of the mall, you notice a crowd of people. The was a sign that said, "We're the pet, crow." They were in need of food and were asking for a donation of money. I put 10 yen in the box. The old man smiled. He took Mi's hand and put a crow on her arm. Her took her other hand and put it on the crow. She understood and started petting the crow. Wow, it was trained! My eyes wonderd off to the other crow. It was perched on the sign , being pet by other people. When I looked at my sister, I saw that the man did the same to Non. Non was wide-eyed, staring at the crow. Chi stayed back. The man took the crow, moving it towards me. I knew what to do- I held my arm out and gently stroked it. The crow looked at me, opened it's beak and nibbled on my hair. It was so black, yet the eyes were so blue! They were so beautiful!
